The spacious and bright spaces of our hotel facilitate renovation permanently while offering a comfortable transit of guests and clients. All visitors entering the property must comply with health control and disinfection requirements in a post intended for this purpose. 

• Temperature control for guests and clients. 
• Use of masks by guests, clients and employees. 
• Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection in high contact areas. 
• Location of hand sanitizing stations in different parts of the Hotel, and signaling. 

We will encourage and comply with the rules of social distancing. 

• Clear signage of social distancing in all public areas. 
• Capacity limitations for common areas and the use of elevators will be used by the same family bubble. 
• Rules of movement and transit of employees throughout the hotel. 
• Enabling a direct WhatsApp number as an additional measure of communication to resolve any questions during your stay at the hotel.

We have streamlined the registration procedure to reduce the time of waiting and contact between people. In the same way, we encourage our customers to pre-register once the reservation is made. 

• Installation of a plexiglass panel at the reception to reduce physical contact. 
• Upon arrival at the hotel you will be given an envelope with your key, the measurements of hotel biosecurity and the restaurant menu. 
• A kit of masks and alcohol gel will be available for sale for our clients in case any guest requires it. 

Members of our Housekeeper team will implement strict cleaning protocols in the rooms before the arrival of all guests. With special emphasis on objects of regular use. 

• Deep and systematic ventilation and disinfection. 
• Hotel staff will not enter to perform tasks while the guests are inside. 
• When requesting help with your luggage for check-out, the guest must leave them out of the room, for a handyman to remove and deposit them directly on your vehicle. 

The food and beverages offered at the hotel comply with our quality guidelines. Likewise, suppliers of inputs and products must respect strict cleaning and delivery protocols.
