The hotel is a non-smoking establishment per the national law 13 of January 24, 2008. 

Children four (4) and older pay $ 25.00 + 10%. 

CHECK IN / OUT 
​Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. 
Check-out: 12:00 p.m. 

CANCELLATIONS 
​A “No Show” charge of 100% of the total stay will be made if a confirmed reservation is cancelled three days before or less, from the guest’s arrival date; – 75%, if the cancellation is made a week before or less; -50%, if the cancellation is made two weeks before or less. In case of a partial or a total return within the time of penalty or outside of this window, the guest will incur a charge of $20 of your reservation for administrative expenses. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

• ​Room change is subject to last minute damage repairs. 
• The loss of the electronic card of the room has a surcharge of $5 
• At the time of check-in, the hotel will require a $100 deposit or the number and expiration date of your Visa or Mastercard credit card.
